General Information

No, you don't need to make a reservation, but we do recommend it.  You can reserve a space on a Community Shuttle or the Deer Park Dial-A-Ride from twenty-four hours to two weeks in advance.

No, the shuttles do not operate on holidays.  There is no shuttle service on the following holidays:

● New Year's Day 

● Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 

● Presidents Day 

● Memorial Day 

● Independence Day 

● Labor Day 

● Veterans Day 

● Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving 

● Christmas Day 

Please note that observed holidays may fall on a different day from the actual holiday.    

Fares for the Community Shuttles:

   Davenport:  $2.00 one way and $3.00 round trip

   Deer Park (Hwy 2 and 395): $2.00 one way and $3.00 round trip

   Newport: $5.00 one way

   Ritzville:  $2.00 one way and $3.00 round trip 

Fares for the Deer Park Dial-A-Ride:

    $1.00 one way

Eligibility

Anyone!  The Community Shuttles are open to everyone.

Your Ride

Yes, you may take packages on the Community Shuttles.  We ask that you be able to carry your packages without assistance from the driver, and that they do not block the aisles or take up seating for other passengers.  

On the Deer Park Dial-A-Ride, the driver may assist you with your packages.  

The shuttle will pick you up at the airport outside baggage claim by Alaska Airlines and Southwest Airlines.

If you have a disability that keeps you from getting to a bus stop, please give our Dispatch Center a call.  We may be able to pick you up at your home.  

If you want to travel within Deer Park, the Dial-A-Ride service offers door-to-door services every weekday.  Please phone our Dispatch Center for more information or to arrange a ride.

Yes!  All of our buses have wheelchair lifts and our drivers are trained to assist passengers who use mobility devices.   

Yes, our buses are equipped with bike racks that can carry up to two bikes.

Our offices are open to answer your questions or take your reservation on the Community Shuttles or Deer Park Dial-A-Ride Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  If our offices are closed, please feel free to leave us a voice mail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
